
Fortunate Cookies have sparked excitement wherever they have been. Beautiful, tasty and lavishly packaged, they dazzle at any gathering - - be it a wedding, conference, fund-raiser, party or dinner for one - - and as perfect gifts for all connoisseurs of quality confections. I’ve been handcrafting these and other sweet indulgences- - all from scratch and strictly to order - - since 1994, and my love for this labor ever grows. The Fortunate Cooke and I have had the good fortune to be featured in several newspapers, in a radio interview and on Roker On The Road (see the Food Network, Episode Number AR1A17). In June, 2007, I received my Certificate in Baking/Pastry from the New England Culinary Institute in order to expand my repertoire skillfully. I will announce the opening of my first retail store and other future news on my website.
